1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
2. Power on your AUPHY smart guitar device.
3. Open the AUPHY GT app and go to the Device page.
4. Tap "Scan" to search for available devices.
5. Select your device from the list and tap "Connect".
6. Once connected, the LED indicator will show the connection status.
Please check the following:
1. Ensure microphone permission is granted to the app.
2. Play the string clearly and let it ring.
3. Reduce background noise if possible.
4. Make sure you're using the app tuner (not firmware tuner) for microphone-based tuning.
5. Try plucking the string closer to the microphone.
The app automatically detects your device language on first launch. To change it manually:
1. Go to Settings tab.
2. Find "Language" option.
3. Select your preferred language from the list.
The app supports 12 languages including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Thai, and Russian.
This issue has been fixed in the latest version. Please update to the latest version of AUPHY GT. If the problem persists:
1. Close and reopen the app.
2. Restart your iOS device.
3. Check if other apps are using audio (close them).
4. Contact support if the issue continues.
AUPHY GT supports .gp, .gp3, .gp4, .gp5, and .gpx file formats.
1. Go to the Guitar Tab page.
2. Tap the import button or use "Open with" from your file manager.
3. Select the Guitar Pro file you want to import.
4. The tab will load automatically and sync with LED guidance.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the guitar device is powered on and in pairing mode.
2. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
3. Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
4. Restart both your phone and the guitar device.
5. Make sure the device is not connected to another phone.
6. Update the app to the latest version.
Teaching Mode allows instructors to share exercises with students in real-time.
For Teachers:
1. Go to Learn page and select "Teaching Mode".
2. Create a room and share the room code with students.
3. Control scales, chords, and metronome settings that sync to all students.
For Students:
1. Enter the room code provided by your teacher.
2. Your app will automatically sync with the teacher's settings.
